This policy explains what information Urban Robotics Technologies, Inc. ("Urban Robotics", "we") collects through urbanrobotics.com and how we use it. The short version: the site has no forms, cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. We only receive personal information when you email us.
What we collect
- Email you send us. If you write to info@urbanrobotics.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and anything you put in the message.
- Server logs kept by our host. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may log technical data such as your IP address when you visit, for security and operations. See the GitHub General Privacy Statement.
We do not use cookies, analytics tools, session recording, chat widgets or advertising pixels on this site.
How we use it
We use the information in your email to reply to you, to discuss a possible pilot of P2, and to keep a record of our business conversations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the company, such as our email provider, and only as needed for that service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as we need them for the conversation and for normal business records. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@urbanrobotics.com and we will answer within 30 days.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. This site does not track visitors over time or across other websites, so it works the same whether or not the signal is sent.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above. If we add forms or analytics in the future, we will describe them here before they go live.
